Job Summary
Emergency Room RN Springfield, MO. This position involves providing direct patient care within a busy urban trauma center. The role requires a committed and decisive healthcare professional experienced in trauma and high-acuity emergency care, supporting the organizations mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered services.

Job Details

  • Position: RN, Emergency Room (ER)
  • Location: Springfield, MO
  • Schedule: Nights, 1900-0700; 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Current RN License (meets criteria for Missouri licensure or licensed in Missouri), BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA, TNCC, NIHSS (may be submitted without but must obtain prior to start), 1 year in Emergency Department or Level 1 or 2 Trauma facility; this must be indicated on the resume.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Trauma/pediatric experience, high patient volume experience (200+ patients/day), experience in a Level 1 trauma, stroke, or STEMI center, regional burn center.
  • Additional Information: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, evaluates care effectiveness, coordinates with ancillary departments, maintains patient rights, and adheres to professional and organizational standards. Must be available for orientation on the day shift and throughout the entire week.
