Job Summary
The facility in Naperville, IL is seeking a qualified Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse for a 12-week travel assignment. The role involves providing advanced patient care within a high-acuity ICU setting, primarily floating to other inpatient units as needed, and supporting a level 2 trauma center.
Job Details
- Position: ICU Nurse
- Location: Naperville, IL
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: IL Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), at least 3 years of experience in a high-acuity ICU setting; experience in respiratory failure, multiple organ failure, DKA, sepsis, general surgeries, vascular surgery, alcohol and drug withdrawal, or behavioral patients; no new graduate applicants accepted
- Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of ICU experience, previous traveler experience
- Additional Information: The role requires submission of a resume, two references (supervisor or charge nurse within the last 12 months), skills checklist, license verification, active certifications, and a cover letter. Credentials are due the Thursday before the start date.
