Endoscopy Nursing, ENDO LAB The healthcare organization is seeking a qualified Endoscopy Nurse to join the team in the Endoscopy Lab. This role involves providing skilled patient care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on GI procedures, including handling Olympus scopes and reprocessing.

Job Details

• Position Requirements: Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License, American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification, minimum of 2-3 years working in one location, and at least 2 years of travel experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include assisting with GI procedures, managing procedural and recovery rooms, and ensuring proper handling and reprocessing of endoscopy equipment.
• The department operates weekdays, with on-call responsibilities for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The unit comprises 7 procedural rooms, 18 PACU bays, and handles approximately 60-70 procedures daily.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submissions require license verification, resume, references, skills checklist, and candidate submission coversheet.
