Job Details

• Position Description: Emergency Room Nurse in Spokane, WA, responsible for delivering urgent care to patients with various medical conditions, including trauma, cardiac, stroke, and general medical cases.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, MOAB/CPI certifications; EPIC experience; 3-5 years experience in a Level 3 or higher trauma facility; RN license; applicable state licensure.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, MOAB/CPI; PALS or ENPC, TNCC preferred for some candidates.
• Additional Information: Support staff includes CNA/ER Techs, resource nurses, RTs, hospitalists, and bedside telemetry monitoring. Orientation will include a general and unit-specific training, with a focus on emergency protocols and unit procedures. Use of EPIC EMR is required for all registered nurses.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates will be evaluated based on clinical experience, certifications, and demonstrated ER skills such as RSI, conscious sedations, lines, drains, tubes, and general emergency room techniques.
