Job Summary
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation (MS REHAB) Nurse Location: Not Specified. This role involves providing specialized care to adult patients on an inpatient rehabilitation floor within a healthcare facility. The position emphasizes supporting patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, post-transplant, and other neurological conditions, utilizing comprehensive skills to ensure optimal recovery and patient safety.
Job Details
- Certifications: BLS required.
- Education Requirements: No specific degree required beyond certification.
- Location Requirements: Must have a minimum of 75 miles from the facility.
- Years of Experience: 0 years minimum, with 2 years preferred.
- Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS certification, experience in adult inpatient rehabilitation, familiarity with acute inpatient rehab units, and relevant clinical skills listed as preferred qualifications.
- Additional Information: The position requires experience with Epic electronic health record system, and open to first-time travelers. Staff may float between departments and facilities as needed, including potential assistance with COVID patient care, ventilated patients, and post-Craniotomy patients. The assignment starts on 11/09/2026 and concludes on 02/08/2027, with a guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week period.
