Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care to adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced emergency department. The role requires delivering compassionate patient-centered care while managing complex medical situations and ensuring safety and compliance.

- Required Qualifications: Active MD or Compact RN License, certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Schedule: Night shifts; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in emergency nursing, with proficiency in managing diverse emergency cases including trauma, cardiac events, stroke, and pediatric emergencies. The role requires adaptability to float within scope and comfort with high-acuity patient care. Compliance with onsite onboarding, including labs within 72 hours of contract signing, and submission of all required documentation at least five days prior to start, is mandatory.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must accept the assignment without an interview and be comfortable floating within scope without restrictions.
