Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Rowlett, TX. This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered emergency care within a 24-hour healthcare facility. The RN will coordinate patient care, perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and ensure safe passage for patients during their healthcare encounter.

Job Details

• Certifications/Degree Requirements: RN, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC; valid state licensure
• Location Requirements: Must be able to work in Rowlett, TX
• Years of Experience: 0 (minimum)
• Schedule: Evening shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Responsibilities include conducting accurate clinical assessments, developing individualized care plans, supporting evidence-based practice, creating a compassionate environment, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
• Additional clinical and operational duties relevant to emergency nursing are included.
