Job Summary
The organization is seeking an Invasive Cardiac Registered Nurse (RN) for a clinical opportunity in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) specialty. This role involves providing specialized nursing care for high-risk and structural heart procedures, including TAVR, Mitraclips, Watchman, and complex PCI cases. The position offers a fast-paced environment with a focus on high-quality patient care in a facility dedicated to advanced cardiovascular interventions.

Job Details

  • Position: Invasive Cardiac RN in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) specialty.
  • Location: LaCrosse, WI.
  • Schedule: 9-hour variable days, with shifts from 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: WI RN license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, Associates Degree, minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-risk cardiac care setting, and experience with structural heart cases and Epic Charting.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
  • Additional Information: The role involves on-call duties 1-2 nights a week from 5pm-7am and every 4th-5th weekend from Friday at 5pm to Monday at 7am with a 30-minute response time, as well as holiday rotation as needed. Candidates must be proficient in scrubbing in with physicians and have experience handling structural cardiac procedures such as TAVR, Mitraclips, Watchman, and high-risk PCI cases.
  • Responsibilities include supporting high-risk cardiac interventions, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with procedural protocols.
