Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in Antioch, CA This role involves providing holistic and individualized nursing care to adult patients in an acute care setting. The position requires assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of patient care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care within a hospital environment.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, CA RN license, ACLS, BLS certifications, at least 1 year of current experience in Med/Tele, with proficiency in telemetry and rhythm interpretation.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 11/03/2026 and ending on 02/02/2027.
• Additional information: Responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting telemetry rhythms such as arrhythmias, managing drips like Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Lasix, Insulin, and Heparin, and performing assessments for electrolyte and renal function. Candidates must be prepared to work independently and as part of a team, engaging in effective communication and critical thinking during stressful situations. Prior experience with cardiac drips management and telemetry is essential.
