Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Specialist in Hawaii This role involves providing comprehensive patient assessments, treatments, medication administration, and patient care duties within a long-term care facility on the site of a hospital. The position requires flexibility, including availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Details

  • Position: Long Term Care (LTC) Specialist
  • Location: Hawaii
  • Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Certifications, Education, and Experience: No minimum years of experience required. Candidate must have Hawaii License by the start of the assignment if not currently holding an active license.
  • Responsibilities include performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notifications to MD/NP, admitting/discharging, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care, and other assigned duties.
  • Additional Information: Candidate must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend an employee health appointment on Friday. No guarantee of hours or shift preference.
  • Submission Requirements: Must hold Hawaii License by the start of the assignment if not already licensed.
