Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) RN Night Shift Location unspecified. This role involves providing specialized bedside care to patients with neurological conditions in a short-term acute care facility. The position requires proficiency in neuro assessment scales and the ability to manage complex neurological diagnoses on a designated stroke unit with neuro experience.
Job Details
- Position Description: TELE RN Night shift with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 48 hours per week. The assignment is scheduled to start on 11/02/2026 and end on 02/01/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; Education: Relevant RN licensure; Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience, including neuro and telemetry; Location: Must have a valid compact license in hand at submission.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum 48 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidate must have at least six months of neuro experience and be proficient with the NIH stroke scale. The role involves floating between units and working on a designated stroke and neuroscience unit that is Thrombectomy Capable with JCAHO designation. Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, neuro surgeries, dysrhythmias interpretation, and procedural sedation is required.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must include a response to whether they have worked at a Providence facility previously, along with two references covering at least one year within the last three years.
