Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Surgical Services Night Shift This position is based at a healthcare facility that performs a variety of surgical procedures, including robotics, neuro, orthopedic, plastics, and gynecology. The role involves providing skilled perioperative care in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple surgical specialties and adhering to all clinical standards.
Job Details
- Position: OR Nurse
- Specialty: Operating Room
- Location: Not specified (facility-based setting)
- Schedule: Nights, Monday through Friday, 10:45 AM 11:15 PM, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred; 2 years of recent experience within the specialty; applicable certifications, degree requirements, and location requirements as specified.
- Additional Information: Experience required for all cases, including robotics, neuro, orthopedic, plastics, and gynecology. Holiday coverage includes two major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve). Candidates must work at least two major holidays, including the specified dates.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates are expected to meet all above qualifications and commit to the schedule outlined.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
