Step Down Unit Registered Nurse (RN) The organizations healthcare provider in the specialty of step down care is seeking a qualified RN for a position starting on October 20, 2026. The role involves providing patient care within a dedicated step down unit, ensuring high-quality clinical support and adherence to safety standards in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Step Down Unit
- Specialty: Step Down
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Certifications and Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Experience: 0 years of recent full-time experience within the last 3 years
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
- Additional Information:
- Must have an active license and certifications
- Shift start date is October 20, 2026, with the contract ending on January 23, 2027
- Ability to recognize cardiac rhythms and respond promptly is essential
- The assignment requires active engagement in clinical duties pertinent to step down care
