Job Summary
The Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a 12-hour evening shift schedule. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care delivery in an acute care setting.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: RN licensure, BLS, ACLS certifications, 0 years of experience minimum, and the ability to work evenings from 7pm to 7am, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Schedule: 7pm-7am, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN uses clinical judgment to conduct assessments, develops and modifies individualized care plans, supports evidence-based practice, provides compassionate patient-centered care, and collaborates with the healthcare team. Must be knowledgeable in nursing standards, medications, and medical terminology, with strong communication skills.
