Job Summary
IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit) Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing specialized care in a short-term acute care facility, with responsibilities including managing cardiac drips, post-catheterization procedures, tracheostomy, and ventilator care. The role requires flexibility to float between units to meet patient care needs.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, & Experience: Valid Compact license, certifications in ACLS, BLS, CPI, at least 1 year of experience, and experience handling cardiac drips, post-procedure care, trach/vent management, and telemetry.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Managing cardiac telemetry, ventilated patients, post-angiogram care, trach management, and other critical care procedures.
- Additional Requirements: Must have recent community hospital experience, and be capable of floating between units and facilities as needed.
