Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a geriatric psychiatric facility. This role involves providing nursing care for an elderly patient population, including those with dementia and behavioral health conditions, utilizing PCC electronic medical records. The position offers a 12-hour day shift schedule with every other weekend and holiday requirements.

Job Details

• Position Description: Geriatric LTC psychiatric facility experience preferred; essential responsibilities include skilled charting, COVID documentation, and patient care for elderly individuals with Dementia and behavioral conditions.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS Certification, minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a clinical setting, ability to work 12-hour day shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, and must be located within an 80-mile radius of the facility.
• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend and holiday, with a work week from Sunday through Saturday.
• Additional Information: Orientation will include training, tour, competencies, and shadowing opportunities. The facility handles a patient mix including individuals with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder managed via medication. Charting is done on PCC EMR.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must submit a valid license to work and be able to provide the required certifications.
