Job Details

• Position Description: REHAB/SUB ACUTE on TCU (Skilled Nursing Facility) covers all system diagnosis and follows specific admit criteria. The TCU is a Skilled Nursing Facility focused on rehabilitation, with an 87-bed capacity, located across from the main hospital.
• Certifications/Qualifications: Valid BLS certification, California state license (or compact license), minimum 1-year travel or community hospital experience.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: CA license, BLS certification, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and travel experience.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work three of the five major holidays and be open to float per facility needs. References covering the past three years are required. Candidates should not contact facility directly unless arranged through the agency.
