Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in the geographic area. This position involves providing direct patient care in a Level 4 trauma center and stroke center, managing a diverse patient population with varying medical emergencies, including trauma, stroke, and STEMI cases. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with weekend rotation required.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications, and at least 2 years of ER experience.
• Additional Qualifications: Experience in trauma, stroke, STEMI, and advanced emergency procedures is preferred.
• Responsibilities include managing care of assigned patients, responding to medical emergencies, and utilizing advanced procedures and equipment such as arterial lines, ventilators, and central lines.
• Certifications: Valid AHA or ARC certifications.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of ER experience required.
• Certifications must be uploaded with valid expiration dates.
• Candidates must have up-to-date Nursys licensure verification uploaded within the last 2 weeks.
• Candidates are expected to complete all onboarding modules during orientation, which are non-billable and vary by specialty.
• RTO (Return to Work) policy allows up to 7 days per contract, with specific holiday restrictions.
• Candidates must provide 7 years of applicable work history verification.
