Job Details

  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week, start date 10/26/2026, end date 01/25/2027
  • Required Qualifications: Valid ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications; minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting; valid license to submit; must pass an open book skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation.
  • Additional Requirements: Drivers license required to ensure compliance with radius rule of 50 miles; Fingernail policy prohibits artificial nails.
  • Responsibilities: Caring for stroke, CHF, PNA, sepsis, COPD, PE, AKI, and other acute conditions; managing titratable drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, Nicardipine, Dobutamine; performing patient assessments; reading strips and utilizing telemetry systems; participating in self-scheduling and floating to other units as needed; completing orientation over 3 shifts.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in stroke or telemetry nursing preferred.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
