Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Spokane, WA
This position involves providing critical emergency care in a Level 3 Trauma Center with 24 beds, including a specialized NICU. The ER Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced clinical skills to manage diverse patient populations, including trauma, psychiatric, and medical cases.

Job Details

• Position Description: ER RN responsible for providing immediate emergency care, including RSI, conscious sedations, lines, drains, and tubes. Must have experience with EPIC electronic medical records and bedside telemetry monitoring.
• Certifications, Education, Experience, and Location Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, MOAB/CPI; experience with EPIC EMR is required. No minimum experience required, but the candidate must be licensed as an RN.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Orientation includes 1 week of general and 24 weeks of unit-specific training. Traditional travelers may float to other ER units as needed. Support staff includes CNA/ER Techs, physicians, mid-level providers, and resource nurses.
