Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift located in the United States. This position involves providing inpatient care to adult patients requiring intermediate level monitoring and treatment in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role requires delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery.
Job Details
- Position Description: Responsible for delivering direct patient care in the intermediate care setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment.
- Required Qualifications: RN Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN Registered Nurse (Multi-state Compact) license; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting; ability to read, write, and speak English; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; proficiency in technology and basic computer skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with professionalism and decisiveness.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Additional Information: This role involves working in an inpatient hospital setting with adult patients requiring intermediate care, emphasizing safety, critical thinking, and evidence-based nursing practices. Candidates should demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must have all required certifications upon hire.
