Job Summary
An ICU Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in intensive care within the Green Bay, WI area. This position involves providing advanced patient care for critically ill individuals in a 22-bed ICU unit, with responsibilities including managing patients with sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-surgical care. The role requires adaptability to various acuity levels and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Details

Location: Green Bay, WI
Position: ICU RN 12-hour night shifts (1900-0730) 36 to 48 guaranteed hours per week
Requirements: Active RN or Compact license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification, NIH Stroke Scale certification (preferred but must be completed prior to end of orientation), minimum of 2+ years ICU experience, associate degree or certification
Additional Requirements: Experience with Epic charting within the past 2 years, willingness to float to Medical Surgery units, flexibility to work on holidays and every other weekend, ability to start medical compliance within 48 hours of offer acceptance or 24 hours for quick start
Responsibilities: Manage critically ill patients, monitor ventilated and post-surgical patients, utilize advanced interventions including continuous renal replacement therapy, and collaborate with healthcare team members
