Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) Located in the designated healthcare facility. This position involves providing compassionate and specialized nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Certifications: CA RN License, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Advanced; 2 years of experience required
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and providing education to patients and families.
• Effectively communicate patient care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and confidentiality standards.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments, evaluate outcomes, and document accurately in electronic health records.
• Provide mentorship and orient newly hired staff, serving as a clinical resource.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in labor and delivery, neonatal care, or related specialties.
• Additional Information: This position requires adherence to safety protocols, clinical standards, and ongoing professional development.
