Job Summary:
Telemetry Nurse (Tele) Night Shifts in a healthcare facility's telemetry unit. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions, including those on telemetry monitors, with responsibilities aligned to maintain patient safety and support clinical operations.

Job Details:

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification; Education Requirements: Valid nursing license; Experience Requirements: 2 years of telemetry nursing experience; Location Requirements: Must hold a valid nursing license; Years of Experience: 2 years minimum.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• The role involves assessing and monitoring patients on telemetry, interpreting strips, managing respiratory equipment such as CPAP and BiPAP, and working within a 6-unit float pool that includes units with 36 beds and critical care of 20 beds.
• The position requires passing a cardiac rhythm exam and being able to read and interpret monitor strips.
• The nurse will work every other weekend, participate in holiday rotations, and is expected to report to the clinical coordinator prior to shifts for unit assignment.
