Job Details

• Position Description: A 29-bed unit under construction, equipped for step-down and medical-surgical patients, with an opening scheduled in the first quarter of 2026. Nurses will manage both floor and step-down patients, with patient-to-nurse ratios of 6:1 on the floor and 3:1 on the step-down.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (American Heart Association) certification; minimum of 1 year experience in a similar setting; must have EPIC electronic medical record experience.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum 48 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be comfortable handling titratable drips like Heparin, insulin, anti-hypertensives, and PCA medications. RNs will read telemetry strips through a centralized Phillips monitoring system and may be floated to other units as needed.
• Certifications: BLS (AHA).
• Submission Requirements: Willing to wait for license submission.
• Experience: 0 years minimum required.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
