This Emergency Room (ER) nursing position involves providing urgent and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, Level Trauma Level STEMI and Stroke Center. The role requires handling diverse patient diagnoses, including cardiac and abdominal emergencies, with a focus on high acuity cases and quick decision-making.

Job Details

• Location: Georgia
• Position Description: Provides urgent and comprehensive emergency care in a Level Trauma Level STEMI and Stroke Center, including rapid assessment and intervention in a high-volume ER treating approximately 70-80 patients daily. The facility features a 24-bed unit with behavioral health and critical care rooms, separate triage, and Fast Track areas.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS; Education: Valid nursing license; Experience: 2 years ER experience; Location: Georgia; No minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must be adept with EPIC, capable of functioning independently in a high-acuity environment, and experienced in smaller fast-paced facilities. Will work with tele/monitor techs and handle various clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, and troubleshooting ventilator equipment.
• Certification and license compliance are essential for submission.
• Certification: ACLS, BLS (AHA), ENPC or PALS, NIHSS
