Job Summary
The Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Clinical Educator position is based in the healthcare organization. This role involves providing educational expertise in clinical professional staff and ancillary staff within the Medical Surgical with Telemetry specialty. It focuses on facilitating the delivery of quality care through the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs, while serving as a liaison and clinical instructor.

Job Details

Position Description: Contractor Clinical Educator in the Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) specialty. This role requires experience in Cath Lab and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.
Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN), minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, and intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
Schedule: Rotating shift time, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: The educator will act as a liaison with administration and staff, facilitate educational programs, support informatics use among clinical practice, develop curricula, and evaluate educational effectiveness. The role also involves clinical evaluation, participation in departmental and hospital committees, and supporting professional development of nursing staff.
