Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Laconia, NH. This ICU RN position involves providing high-level care to critically ill patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. The role includes flexibility to float between ICU, Stepdown, Emergency Department, and Medical-Surgical units, with a focus on independent, quick decision-making and diverse clinical skills.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Active NH or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required; up to date resume including 2-3 years of ICU experience (closer to 2 years considered if highly qualified); EMR experience preferred (Cerner); Driver's license with matching demographics; experience with equipment such as balloon pumps, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), Impella, intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring, Arctic Sun or TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infuser; float to ED, Stepdown, Med Surg with modified assignment.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Days, 36 Hours per week minimum, with a 36-hour guarantee.
• Additional Information: The role requires the ability to float to Behavioral Health Annex (training provided). The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, demonstrating a variety of care skills across multiple specialties.
• Submission Requirements: Up-to-date resume, licenses verification, and RTO documentation must be included at the time of submission. Candidates must meet all licensing and credentialing prerequisites prior to placement.
