Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse The organization is seeking experienced ICU nurses to provide specialized patient care in a high-acuity environment. The position involves managing critically ill patients with conditions such as sepsis, CHF, COPD, and ventilated cases, ensuring optimal care delivery in a fast-paced setting.

• Shift: 12-hour shifts, Days, with every other weekend and holiday coverage; schedule includes a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Experience: 2 years of ICU experience required
• Float: All staff may float between ICU, CCU, and possibly tele or ER, with appropriate training provided for float areas
• Additional Information: The unit features 12 ICU beds and 12 CCU beds, with high-acuity patient populations including sepsis, CHF, COPD, and ventilated patients. The care setting does not include a hospitalist or intensivist in-house. Nurses will receive floor-specific orientation covering 2-3 shifts and additional tele or ER orientation if floated. The unit utilizes Cerner charting system, and RN license to submit is required.
