Job Summary
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in the healthcare organizations facility. This role involves coordinating and implementing patient care specifically for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. The RN ensures the delivery of quality care in a safe, efficient manner, adhering to unit standards of practice and organizational goals.

Job Details

• Certifications/Licenses: Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification via American Heart Association, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification via American Heart Association.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Location Requirements: None specified.
• Years of Experience: 0.0.
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week minimum.
• Responsibilities include obtaining and recording initial assessments, developing personalized care plans, re-assessing patient progress, performing Point of Care testing procedures, and participating in patient education and discharge planning.
• Staff responsibilities include effective communication, delegation, coordinating team assignments, participating in orientation for new staff, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Additional duties involve assisting with special projects, interpreting HR policies, maintaining flexibility, and ensuring safety compliance.
