The organization is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Step Down care for a nights shift position at the acute care facility. The role involves providing patient care in the MedSurg Stepdown unit, supporting patients with various diagnoses, and operating within established clinical protocols.

Job Details

• Shift Time: Nights (7:00 pm to 7:30 am)
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS Certification, minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar setting, and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with monitoring and interpreting tele strips, ability to titrate drips, and proficient with EPIC charting system
• Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, reading and interpreting telemetry strips, collaborating with team members, and supporting acute patient needs on the MedSurg Stepdown unit
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Submission requirements: Willing to wait for license verification
