Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nurse (RN) Lake Havasu City, AZ. This position involves providing compassionate, high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in a community hospital setting. The role focuses on managing a 6-patient ratio, including total joint, surgical, ACS, and acute on chronic medical conditions, with an emphasis on telemetry monitoring.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid RN license, ACLS certification, ADN degree, located in or willing to commute to Lake Havasu City, AZ, with at least 2 years of recent acute care experience; 0 years minimum experience required.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Floating to other units such as IMC and ED is required. The unit is equipped with Baxter IV pumps, Posey bed/chair alarms, Omnicel drug dispensing, and Zoll defibrillators. The facility is a 171-bed hospital with Joint Commission accreditation, serving adult and geriatric populations.
• Submission requirements: Candidates must meet all required qualifications and be able to start on 10/19/2026, with contract end date of 01/18/2027.
