Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in Los Angeles This inpatient role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The position requires coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes in a busy healthcare environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility is preferred
- Additional Information:
- Collects relevant data pertaining to the patients health or situation.
- Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develops and implements care plans, employing strategies to promote health and ensure a safe environment.
- Evaluates progress toward outcomes and adjusts care as needed.
- Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participates in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.
- Delegates appropriately and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
