Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in Los Angeles This position involves delivering comprehensive nursing care to a designated patient group in a high-acuity hospital setting. It requires supervising nursing staff, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes during night shifts.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor, and EPIC electronic health record experience. Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) and experience in an acute care facility are preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry units, familiarity with hospital fire and life safety protocols.
- Additional Information: The Nurse will collect relevant patient data, analyze assessments, develop and implement care plans, evaluate progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, provide patient education, and participate in discharge planning. Must adhere to all organizational vaccination requirements, and comply with E-Verify policies.
