Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse BayArea - WH and OB Services, Marinette, WI. This role involves providing specialized care for patients in a Level III Trauma Center, focusing on laboring patients, antepartum, postpartum, and GYN surgeries. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience and offers an opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment on night shifts.

Job Details

• Position Description:
  Providing care for L&D patients, GYN surgeries, antepartum, postpartum, and newborn assessments within a 64-bed facility. The unit includes 8 LDRP/Antepartum beds.
• Required Qualifications:
  BLS, NRP, FHM certifications; at least 2 years of experience in L&D; active licenses and certifications as specified.
• Schedule:
  Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  The unit supports a patient ratio of 1:1 for laboring patients and 1:3 for couplets, antepartum, and surgical patients. Orientation includes at least one shift to learn unit-specific flow. Candidate may float to inpatient units to serve as a sitter or in a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role.
