Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Oregon This position involves providing comprehensive perioperative patient care within the operating room setting. The OR Nurse will collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety, maintain sterile environments, and support surgical procedures. The role requires expertise in total joints, orthopedics, spine, and da Vinci robot-assisted surgeries.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Education Requirements: Proven experience in the operating room setting with at least 2 years of travel experience; prior experience with total joints, orthopedics, spine, and da Vinci robot preferred.
• Location Requirements: Oregon license
• Years of Experience: 2+ years experience with operating room procedures and surgical support
• Schedule: Days shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week
• Responsibilities include ensuring supplies and case timeliness, communication with families, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting during surgical cases, and supervising personnel delivering patient care.
• Additional information: All travel submissions must have at least 2 years of experience, with prior travel experience required. No local candidates will be accepted. The facility is a PWP (Pay When Paid) facility, meaning vendors will not be paid until the facilitys payment is received.
