Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse, ER, located in an unspecified facility, provides critical care to patients in the emergency setting. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients with urgent and emergent health issues, ensuring high standards of patient safety and care quality.

Job Details:

• Position Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients according to organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. The role involves utilizing specialized knowledge and judgment to deliver appropriate care based on patient age and needs.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and have relevant clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting or emergency room environment.
• Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care based on physician orders and the nursing care plan, delegates appropriately, promotes continuity of care, and documents all patient interactions accurately. Participates in quality improvement activities and staff education.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must float between two campuses, with potential for varied work schedule. Experience in an emergency or acute care setting is preferred.
