Job Summary

Dialysis Unit Registered Nurse (RN) Peninsula Locations
This position involves overseeing the delivery of dialysis care at multiple clinic locations on the peninsula, including Bremerton, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, and occasionally Port Townsend. The RN will provide patient education, supervise dialysis technicians, adjust treatment plans in accordance with standing orders, monitor patient outcomes, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a Multi-State Compact Nurse license. Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association. Minimum 1 year nursing experience, with previous dialysis experience required. Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred.
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN must be able to work at any clinic location on the peninsula and be flexible to work any shift (AM/PM) based on staffing needs. This is a chronic, in-center dialysis position covering multiple clinic locations, with coverage expected from Monday through Saturday.
