Job Summary
The organization is seeking a qualified Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for assignments in multiple locations. This role involves providing critical care to adult patients, with the flexibility to float between units as needed. The position requires adherence to the highest standards of patient care in a fast-paced, acute care environment.

Job Details

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Education Requirements: Valid state license with a compact license in hand at submission
• Years of Experience: 2 years minimum
• Location Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of ICU experience and hold a valid state license
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Responsibilities include managing adult critically ill patients with diagnoses such as respiratory failure, sepsis, renal failure, and post-surgical care. The RN must perform procedures like arterial line management, chest tube insertion/removal, and ventilator support, among others.
• Candidates must be prepared to float between units and, if required, to neighboring facilities to meet patient and operational needs.
• Submission requires references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Travel and float flexibility are essential components of this role.
