Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS/Telemetry) registered nurse position is available in the en_US location. This role involves floating between units as needed and providing specialized care for adult and geriatric patients with various medical conditions. The position requires adaptability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work night shifts.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS, NIHSS
• Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: At least 1 year of medical surgical and telemetry experience, valid state license (compact license accepted), and completed BLS and NIHSS certifications.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include managing biPAP/CPAP, blood products, central line care, chest tubes, CVA, feeding tubes, dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, cardiac drips, seizure management, IV starts, substance withdrawal, telemetry monitoring, wound care, and tracheostomy care.
• Preferred Qualifications include experience with community hospital settings and charting systems such as Epic.
• Additional Information: This position may require floating to other units and facilities based on patient and operational needs, with potential incentives for floating to certain locations, and a vehicle is required for assignment.
