Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Night Shift Location: Unknown. This position involves providing acute care in a high-volume emergency department serving a diverse patient population, including all age groups. The ER RN will deliver comprehensive emergency care in a level 1 stroke and cardiac center, functioning as a level II trauma facility, with a focus on rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment of emergency patients.

- Additional Qualifications: Experience with arterial line management, care of ventilated patients, central line care/management, interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs) and dysrhythmias, and adherence to isolation precautions and PPE protocols.
- Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours/week, with weekend coverage required.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Managing patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, triage, and providing emergency interventions.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses to prior employment at Providence facilities and provide two references covering one year (or six months for CNAs) within the last three years.
