Job Details

• Position Description:
  The role involves performing cath lab nursing duties in a hospital setting, supporting all cardiac invasive procedures, excluding structural heart work, and peripheral procedures such as carotid and EVAR interventions. Candidates will collaborate with cardiologists, operating within a 2-level trauma designated environment, with a focus on patient safety and procedure efficiency.

• Required Qualifications:
  Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, NIH Stroke Scale certification, RN licensure, and a minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience are required. Education requirements and legal work authorization documentation must be met upon submission.

• Schedule:
  8-hour shifts, typically starting around 7 am, covering Monday through Friday, with required response to call within 30 minutes. Response times and rotation include weekend and holiday call duties, with alternating assignments.

• Additional Information:
  The assignment duration is from 11/10/2026 to 02/09/2027. Fluency in Cerner charting system, hospital-provided scrubs, and a team-oriented approach are expected. Prior to signing, candidates must complete the Dyslexia Screening Exam through Relias within 24-48 hours, with a maximum of two attempts.
