Job Details

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care Step Down
• Location: Front Royal, VA
• Schedule: Nights, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS (AHA only) & Virginia State License or Compact
• Experience Requirements: 2+ years of Critical Care Step Down and Epic experience
• Responsibilities include managing patient care for a 12-bed unit, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in ICU/CCSD settings and familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
