Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit. This 13-week travel assignment supports medical and surgical patients in an intensive care setting, including postoperative and critical-care cases. The role requires a resilient, confident, adaptable team player with strong Intensive Care Unit and Medical-Surgical competencies.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week; weekend and holiday rotation may be required.
• Required Qualifications: Associate degree or certificate; Wisconsin or compact registered nurse license; minimum of 2 years of Intensive Care Unit experience; Medical-Surgical experience; travel experience; competency in Intensive Care Unit and Medical-Surgical care; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) or ARC.
• Additional Information: The assignment includes care for medical and surgical patients, including joint replacement and general surgical cases. Team members must be willing to float to other assigned locations within the service area, wear dark blue scrubs, manage change effectively, and demonstrate assertive, confident, and collaborative clinical practice. During flu season, individuals who decline influenza and COVID-19 vaccination must wear a mask at all times.
