Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse in Morristown/Goryeb. This role involves providing specialized nursing care for high-risk pregnancies within a large hospital facility. The position requires experienced clinical skills to support patients through labor, delivery, and postpartum care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, certification in BLS and ACLS, and graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Additional Information: Must have experience with high-risk pregnancies in large hospital facilities. Skills required include assessment skills, clinical skills, nursing care, emergency equipment and procedures, and documentation. Additional skills include familiarity with documentation guidelines, professional practice responsibility, policies and procedures, patient education, confidentiality, national patient safety goals, universal protocol, safe transfer techniques, body mechanics, perioperative team, and pre-admission testing.
• Physical Requirements: As defined by Occupational Safety/OMs.
