Job Summary
Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse located in the organizations healthcare facility is responsible for assisting with invasive cardiac procedures and other interventions performed within the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. This position involves providing specialized patient care, performing nursing assessments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role requires adherence to established clinical standards and protocols to support patients undergoing cardiac procedures.

Job Details

• Position Description: The registered nurse will assist with invasive cardiac procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This includes working with instrumentation, monitoring patient status, and ensuring safety and comfort during procedures.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC accepted), 2 years clinical experience, electrophysiology experience, and must be more than 50 miles from the organization.
• Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with 7 days of on-call every other week, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The candidate must include a home address and Social Security Number on the submission. The position requires familiarity with EMR systems such as MEDHOST and MACLAB.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in electrophysiology is preferred but not mandatory.
