Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License; American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification via Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN); minimum of 3 years of recent Labor and Delivery (L&D) and antepartum experience; proficiency in clinical equipment and technology; ability to guide unlicensed assistive personnel in accordance with the California Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The nurse will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, participate in patient safety initiatives, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The role involves evaluating current practices and contributing to clinical improvement measures, all within regulatory and organizational standards.
• Preferred Qualifications: Highly preferred high-risk antepartum experience.
