Job Summary
Step Down Unit Registered Nurse (RN) - Location not specified. This role involves providing specialized patient care in a step down or telemetry acute care setting. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and clinical excellence.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid nursing license, at least 1 year of PCU (Progressive Care Unit) or Med-Surg telemetry experience, experience with EPIC electronic medical record system, and completion of the necessary specialty exam and skills assessment.
- Additional Requirements: Candidates must be able to float onsite within their skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
- Responsibilities include delivering quality patient care, adhering to clinical protocols, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Submission: Candidates must complete clearance through Nursys license verification and fulfill Ascension profile and skills checklist requirements.
