- Additional Information: Utilizes Recovery Oriented Framework to identify patient strengths; performs point of care testing; communicates findings effectively to team members; documents response to interventions; de-escalates crisis situations; plans and individualizes nursing care; collaborates on multidisciplinary treatment plans; prioritizes patient needs; partners with patients and families; administers medications safely; reviews physician orders promptly; promotes recovery goals; leads patient groups; evaluates nursing interventions; communicates clinical status effectively; uses evidence-based nursing knowledge; provides leadership and supervises staff; responds effectively to medical and psychiatric emergencies; promotes critical incident debriefing.
