Job Summary
ICU Registered Nurse Location: Boardman. This position involves providing specialized patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting. The role requires delivering high-quality nursing care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during their stay.

Job Details

• Position Description: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, develops individualized care plans, and participates in patient rehabilitation activities. Responsible for accurate documentation, patient teaching, and discharge planning. Provides direct care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring safety, and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS Certification prior to first shift; Valid ACLS Certification prior to first shift; minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience; active registered nurse licensure; location requirements: Boardman; experience requirement: 0 years.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The nurse will support patient safety initiatives, participate in team activities, and contribute to a cost-effective, quality-focused care environment.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
